Asharqia Chamber launches its sixth edition of the activities of the exhibition of productive families, crafts, and handicrafts «My Crafts 2023», from May 23 to 27, 2023 AD, under the auspices of His Royal Highness, Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region, in the exhibition grounds of the "Dhahran Expo" road Dammam - coastal news.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Ruzaizah, said that this new edition of the "My Industry" exhibition comes as an extension of the great success achieved by the exhibition during the previous editions since its inception in 2015 AD, and as a continuation of the importance the Chamber attaches to productive families, crafts and handicrafts throughout the region. Being one of the actual platforms for practicing self-employment, and capable of contributing effectively to the development of the national economy, revitalizing the production and marketing process, and providing job opportunities.
Al-Ruzaiza appreciated the sponsorship of His Highness the Prince of the Eastern Region for the exhibition and the great support that productive families find from His Highness and his keenness to sponsor and support them to improve their role in all the governorates of the region.
He stressed that the projects of the exhibition of productive families, crafts, and handicrafts are a first step to engaging in self-employment paths, pointing to their role in achieving a balanced development, the job opportunities that these projects can provide, and the promotion of the concept of sustainability.
The Chairman of the Asharqia Chamber stated that the chamber is continuing its efforts to make productive families and owners of crafts and businesses active figures in the economic movement in the region, adding that the exhibition will open its doors to register abundant families and craftsmen wishing to participate and display their products within its platforms during the next few days, pointing out that the Chamber's Social Responsibility Center will work Several introductory meetings and preparatory programs were held in preparation for the exhibition.
Al-Ruzaiza pointed out that the Chamber always provides support and advice to this sector through its channels entrusted to raise the level of productive families and craftsmen, support the expansion of its customer base and improve its products through development and modernization mechanisms in the fields of marketing, production and project management.
